We’ve increased the hopping rates, with generous doses of our three favourite Kiwi hop varieties—Motueka, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin. The result is a bright, hop-forward character with vibrant notes of stonefruit and lychee, balanced by a subtle sweetness and finishing with a clean, satisfying bitterness.
