AROMA:
Bright citrus and herbaceous lift from lemon verbena and coriander seed, backed by a bold juniper core. Subtle spice and warmth from cardamom and Sichuan pepper, with earthy, dry undertones from angelica.

PALATE:
Clean and vivid. Juniper leads, wrapped in zesty verbena and citrus spice. Mid-palate warmth from Sichuan pepper and cardamom brings depth, balanced by the dryness of angelica root. Long, lingering finish with a delicate peppery echo and fragrant freshness.

RED DAME - SIGNATURE SERVE

A bright, citrusy Dame twist with a paprika-salt kick.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Dame Sunday Gin

  • 30 ml homemade grenadine

  • 30 ml fresh lime juice

  • 3 dashes bitters

  • Paprika salt, for the rim

Method

  1. Rim a chilled coupe or rocks glass with paprika salt.

  2. Add Dame Sunday Gin, grenadine, lime juice, and bitters into a shaker filled with ice.

  3. Shake hard for 10 seconds until well-chilled.

  4. Strain into your prepared glass.

  5. Garnish with a thin lime wheel or a light dusting of paprika (optional).
